Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The answers below cover almost everything people write in about. If yours is not here, email support@verizime.com and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders and Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve, with no minimum spend. The cost is already included in the price on the product page. Express delivery is available at checkout as a paid upgrade.

How long before my order is dispatched?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. That applies to every piece we sell, engraved and personalised ones included.

How long does delivery take?

To the United Kingdom, 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Ireland and the EU take 8 to 14, the United States and Canada 8 to 15, and the rest of the world 10 to 20. Full detail is on our shipping and delivery page.

Can I get it faster?

Yes. Express delivery to the UK is £9.99 and takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Express does not shorten preparation time, so every order still needs its 1 to 3 business days of preparation first.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

Yes, worldwide, and standard shipping is free everywhere. Orders going outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Those are set by your local authorities, not by us, and are payable by the recipient.

Tracking and Delivery Problems

Where is my tracking number?

It arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, normally 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. If you have had nothing 5 business days after ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?

Usually not. It is normal for tracking to sit still for the first 24 to 48 hours, and for there to be quiet stretches while a parcel moves between facilities. If nothing has changed for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Tracking says delivered but I have nothing.

Check with anyone else at your address and with immediate neighbours first, because carriers leave parcels next door more often than people expect. If it still does not turn up, email us with your order number and we will investigate. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.

Returns and Exchanges

What if the piece is not right for me?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it, whether it is faulty or you simply changed your mind. Returns are free within the United Kingdom: email us before sending anything back, return the piece by any tracked method, tell us what the postage cost, and we refund that postage together with the price of the item. Outside the United Kingdom you cover the cost of return postage. See returns and exchanges.

Can I exchange it for a different piece?

Yes, within the same 30 days and subject to availability. Email us your order number and the piece you would like instead, and we tell you about any price difference before completing the exchange. On small pieces we will often tell you to keep the original rather than post it back, but that is a goodwill decision we make case by case, and it never replaces your right to a refund.

Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?

Yes. UK consumers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order, for any reason, and get their money back, and our own 30-day window sits on top of that. Email us saying you wish to cancel and we will send return instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the item, or proof of postage, reaching us; your bank then takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong one?

Email us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We replace it at no cost to you, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You never pay return postage on a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, in any country, and in most cases you do not need to send it back at all. UK consumers also have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

Can I return an engraved bracelet?

Only if it arrives faulty, damaged, or engraved differently from what you ordered. Personalised pieces are made individually to your text, so the statutory right to cancel does not apply to them. Please check your engraving carefully before confirming.

Sizing and the Pieces Themselves

Which size should I order?

Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone and add about 2 cm for a comfort fit. Beaded pieces need less allowance, around 1.3 cm, and leather a little more. Our size guide covers it by style, and if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

What are the bracelets made of, and how do I look after them?

Materials and measurements are listed on each product page. As a rule: stainless steel survives water and needs nothing; gold-plated pieces should come off before swimming, showering and the gym; sterling silver tarnishes and polishes back; leather dislikes being soaked; and beaded bracelets should be rolled onto the wrist rather than stretched over the hand.

Payment

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If you view the site from another country your browser may display an estimated local amount, but your bank converts at its own rate on the day and may add a fee of its own.
