Why Verizime
Three things that decide whether a bracelet was worth buying, and what we do about each.
Most Verizime bracelets are priced between £28 and £43. The full range runs from £17.99 to £232.99.
Materials
Cheap bracelets tarnish in weeks, and a listing that will not name its metal is usually hiding the answer.
Every listing names the metal and the finish in plain words. Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic, with no plating to wear off. Where a piece is plated or leather, the page says so and says how it ages.
Fit
Most bracelets are sold as one vague adjustable size, and most returns are sizing returns.
Every product page gives the length in centimetres and the width in millimetres, names the clasp, and says whether there is an extension chain. Measure your wrist with a strip of paper, add about two centimetres, and order once.
Buying with confidence
Delivery windows get quietly optimistic, and return policies get quietly narrow.
Standard delivery is free on every order with no minimum. To the UK it takes 7 to 12 business days; express is 3 to 6 for £9.99. You get 30 days to return, faulty or not, on top of your 14-day legal right to cancel.
Before you order
The six questions we are actually asked, answered without hedging.
Read the full policiesWill it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our stainless steel bracelets are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, free from lead and chromium, and have no plating to wear off. You can shower and swim in them. Where a piece is plated or made of leather, the product page says so and describes how it ages, because plating does fade over time and leather does soften.
How do I know it will fit?
Every product page states the length in centimetres, the width in millimetres, the clasp type, and whether an extension chain is included. Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, measure it flat, then add about two centimetres for a comfortable fit.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum spend. To the United Kingdom it takes 7 to 12 business days. Express delivery is 3 to 6 business days for £9.99. You receive a tracking link by email once the carrier scans your parcel.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, faulty or not. Non-faulty items must come back unworn and in their original condition. Returns are free within the United Kingdom — email us first, return by any tracked method, and we refund the postage with your order. Outside the UK you cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect pieces are always covered by us, wherever you are. This sits on top of your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Email support@verizime.com before sending anything back.
Can an engraved bracelet be returned?
Engraved pieces are made individually to the text you supply, so the statutory right to cancel does not apply to them. Please read your engraving twice before confirming. If a personalised piece arrives faulty, damaged, or engraved differently from what you ordered, that is a fault rather than a change of mind and we replace or refund it in full.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Not within the United Kingdom. The price at checkout is the final price. Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import duties or a handling fee set by the destination country, which are collected by your local authorities rather than by us.
Why the name
Veri, as in verified. We are not a workshop and we do not pretend to be one — we choose pieces, describe them accurately, price them plainly and stand behind them. Steel is called steel, plating is called plating, and every measurement on this site is the real one.
